The evolution of nuclear sub-compartmentalization and its impact on genome function

After obtaining in 2020 my B.Sc. in Health Biotechnologies from the University of Ferrara, Italy, in 2022 I graduated with a two-year M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Biotechnologies from the University of Padova, Italy. I spent a semester abroad to complete my master’s thesis at the University of Granada, Spain, where I worked on the production and the biophysical characterization of a chimeric mini-protein inhibiting HIV-1, under the supervision of Professor Francisco Conejero-Lara.
Since August 2023 I am working as doctoral researcher at the Research Unit Apoptosis in Hematopoietic Stem Cells in Helmholtz Zentrum München; the joint project with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
